Delightful apartment (45 m2) made from the restoration of an ex-hayloft that is part of a small family-run commercial farm, situated on a panoramic hill. Beautiful view of the countryside. Peaceful position. Private and equipped outdoor area as well as the possibility of using the pleasant garden that is part of the owners' villa and is situated just a short distance away in the back and the swimming pool (12x6) (1/6-30/9), which is situated approx. 70 m away and is shared with 4 other apartments. Possibility of going for pretty walks. The owner offers free of charge a pizza dinner with wine to the guests one a week in a rustic-style room with wood burning oven. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance/living room (TV) with access to a large equipped outdoor area, kitchenette open to the living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 twin bedded room. Well-kept and comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 1.8 km Dicomano (all kinds of shops), 8 km Vicchio, 40 km Florence (easily accessible by train from the Dicomano railway station).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
