The apartment looks out over the Town Hall and the ancient battlements of the old town of Dinan.
• Airports at Dinard and Rennes. TGV (ultra high speed inter-city trains) from Rennes and St Malo and local railway within 10 minutes walk.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Very centrally located with many good shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
• The apartment is located 5 minutes walk to the river and 30 minutes drive to the beach. Access to both long flat sandy beaches and rocky inlets - something for everyone.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
