The Villa is situated on the North Coast, St. Ann, Jamaica, Just a stones throw from where Columbus landed (Discovery Bay). It is in a private and secluded location overlooking the Caribbean. The perfect holiday hideaway. The property is large enough to accommodate for weddings, private parties, singles, couples and large or small groups. Activities near by include 18 or 9 hole golf course, horseback riding and rafting combining seclusion and privacy with easy access to all the island’s attractions. This experience gives you the opportunity to experience Jamaica in a personal and different way. You have the freedom to explore the country at your leisure and convenience. With your own personal staff to take care of the domestic details, your time is your own to spend as you please.
• Montego Bay Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. We will arrange for you to be picked up at the Airport and transported to the Villa. We will also arrange the return journey.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Restaurants and grocery shopping available within 5 minutes drive.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
