The home is tastefully furnished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen. The screened-in deck and heated pool area is great for relaxing or taking a dip after a long day at the parks.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $40 a week if not already supplied in the home..
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 a day..
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $22 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
