    This wonderful villa at Windsor Palms occupies a large, south facing pool on a corner plot overlooking a beautiful conservation area. It is peaceful, tucked away in a corner of the executive Windsor Palms resort, and yet is only minutes from the buzzing shops and restaurants of Orlando's Highway 192 and the theme parks of Walt Disney World. The villa has been fully furnished and decorated to the highest standard. Windsor Palms is a gated community offering its guests free unlimited use of all these facilities, large swimming pool and spa, children's pool and playground, BBQ areas, gym, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts a games room with pool tables, table tennis and a video games arcade – and its very own 58 seater movie theater.     Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $40 a week if not already supplied at the house.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 a day..
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
