Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100 or £50 per clean .
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $23 or £12 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
