    Screened in swimming pool attached to the home. There is a tennis, basketball, larger pool and an 400 acre lake in the commmunity area. 10:00pm is quiet time for swimming pool, however Guests may swim after this time as long as there is respect for the neighbors and the noise is kept down. Villa was built in May of 2000.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 130 per week. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
