Emerald Island Resort Community is a beautiful and quiet gated community located in the heart of the best attractions. It is just two miles south of Disneyland off the 192W where all the best shops and restaurants are found. Universal studios and Seaworld are a short drive I-4. The beach is a hour drive (Coco Beach) or beyond Clearwater. All the best Florida malls are within 30 min drive!

My home offers 3 full bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and a downstairs half bath. There is a very spacious open plan living area and clean modern kitchen breakfast bar for sociable mornings!

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
    Payment can be made by your preferred method. The $200 security deposit secures your stay and is fully refundable after the place has been inspected for damage. I have never withheld any money yet!
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
