This home has a covered patio and a balcony off of the master bedroom.
The clubhouse includes a large outdoor pool with spa, sauna, exercise
facility, arcade, Tiki Hut, outdoor sand volleyball court, Tot Lot,
and meeting room. On-site facilities include a community pool and spa, although most homes have private pools you are still welcome to use this one. There is a woodland area for a stroll after a hard day at the parks.

There are plenty of golf courses in the area.
There are three large lakes in this gated community.
Cancellation 15 days (or more) prior to arrival 50 percent of all payments are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is due on arrival.

There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside).
One-time fee of 65.00 (USD) for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
