This is a beautiful, spacious, professionally decorated 4-bedroom luxury villa with private south-facing screened-in pool and kiddie pool (fenced for total privacy). The villa is located 10 minutes from Disney, in a quiet residential neighborhood with a community children's playground, pool, tennis court, basketball hoop, and lake. Fully furnished with all the comforts of home, this exceptional villa also has many extras including a Game room, PS2, Wide-Screen HDTV,Cable TV/VCR/DVD in all bedrooms, Computer w/ High-Speed Internet, BBQ, free long distance phone calls, baby facilities, more!


Villa is air-conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the lounge for added comfort. Our home is extremely well maintained and boasts high-quality furnishings, wall to wall carpeting and ceramic tiling in the kitchen and baths.

The home has a game room featuring pool table, air hockey, foosball, electronic darts and Play Station 2 with cable TV/VCR/DVD in all bedrooms. There is also a PC with high-speed internet access or bring your laptop as we have wireless access!

Very child friendly - full-size crib, 2 highchairs, 2 strollers, and toddler bed rail available for your use!
Plenty of toys, board games, videos and books to entertain all ages. Our home is all one level eliminating the hazards of stairs and lofts and there are alarms on all poolside doors for safety plus a pool safety fence for that extra peace of mind. We also provide 2 children's bicycles with helmets and tennis equipment!

Transit
Super Wal-Mart on 192 is a 2 minute drive away (20 minute walk) where there is access to bus service to the parks as well as other attractions.

The villa is located only about 2 minutes (driving) from 192 where you will find dining, attractions, and shopping.
Attractions
Walt Disney World - 10 minutes Sea World - 15 minutes Universal Studios - 15 minutes
Golf Courses
There is plenty of golfing in the area!
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a pond. It takes about an hours drive to reach the ocean. But there are many lakes in the area to enjoy. There are great beaches within an hour's drive of our villa.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
There is a 3.2% service charge on credit card transactions.

Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. , Visa
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is due on arrival.
