    • The kitchen is provided with all that you would expect to be there in order to enjoy yourselves. There is also a selection of crockery specifically for use around the pool area.

    At the front the villa overlooks an access road which carries very limited traffic. Children can quite safely play in the front gardens. The back over looks a conservation area and is extremely peaceful after a hectic time at the theme parks. An ideal place to relax. There are hibiscus plants planted around the outside of the screens at the pool providing extra seclusion from the neighbours on either side. The grounds are watered twice a week and the grass is cut once a week.
    More Information
    A ceiling fan for cooling in the lounge is available. Heating is also available during the cooler nights. A fan for circulating the air on the normal days is also available. The villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood about 10 minutes drive from Disney.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Upon special request.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 20USD per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
