    This executive Villa is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling paddle fans throughout. The extra large sun deck is SE facing and has been designed to allow all day sunshine. The large family pool has water features and is fitted with underwater lighting and may be heated in the cooler months. The deck area with decorative brick pavers is also fitted with a jacuzzi and electric BBQ. The area is furnished with comfortable patio furniture. The deck area has its own shower room. The pool backs onto some orange trees and fresh oranges when in season may be picked for breakfast. A leading British tour operator has described Vista Park in its brochure " Selected as our finest, this home development site is quite simply incomparable to any other that we have seen. Top marks for unsurpassed standards of luxury."     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    The credit card refundable security deposit of $250 is processed by the owner on the day of check in and refunded on your departure provided there is no damage.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
