Walt Disney World Resort is a mere 15 minutes drive. The I-4 is 3.5 miles south of the villa and provides easy access to all of the major attractions including Disney, Universal, Wet & Wild, Sea World and International Drive. The various shopping outlet Malls can also be accessed from the I-4.
Busch Gardens in Tampa and Kennedy Space Centre are just 1 hour away and the villa is ideally located for a visit to the beautiful beaches on the East or West Coast.
Orlando International Airport is 35 minutes away and Sanford Airport 55 minutes away.
The Large Private Screened Pool area has extended decking, providing you with extra space to relax and enjoy the Florida Sunshine on the sun loungers provided. The pool can be heated for your comfort and has underwater lighting for night swimming. Covered lanai with ceiling fan and table and chairs.Free High Speed internet access.

There are numerous Golf courses within easy reach of our Florida Pines villa.
The villa is ideally located for a visit to the beautiful beaches on the East or West Coast.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is due on arrival.

Fee is 17.00 per night based on 1 nights or 119.00 per week.
