Florida Vacation Rental Villa with Games Room
This exceptional detached villa includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms, full A/C, cable TV, DVD, VCR, private heatable pool and a fully equipped kitchen. Our house was completed in May 2003 and is prominently sited in the community of Hampton Lakes. Can comfortably accommodate 10 adults with an additional Double Sleeper bed in the Living Room. The Games Room includes a Full Size Pool Table and Table Tennis Table plus Computerized Darts Board. PlayStation2 is attached to the Lounge TV. Complimentary barbecue, high speed internet and enhanced TV channel package (live UK news & sport).

    The house is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans for your comfort. Games room includes full size pool and table tennis tables plus electronic darts board. This community has extensive landscaping around several small lakes with fountains. Hampton Lakes has a communal swimming pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts and a children's play area.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

    Bookings less than 5 nights - Additional charge of $120 / £80
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 140 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
