    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    If booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment must be made at time of booking. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, payment by personal cheque will only be accepted up to 3 weeks before arrival date. Discounts for two weeks stay or more. Please get in touch for last minute booking.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day and/or 150 per week. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
