Excellent quality offering modern and attractive accommodations for 6. Not only on the main route to Disney World, but also shops, restaurants, and services, are only a short drive away. Patio doors leading to a private swimming pool and sun bathing area. The kitchen is modern/fully equipped. The bed sizes are generally 1 double bed and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. Your confirmation will be based on these bed sizes, if it is anything different you will be notified. The villa will have DVD or VCR.

    Some of our homes have games rooms. These are limited but if you are interested please enquire at the time of booking. The supplement for a games room is $100 per week.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    Credit card charges are as follows: Visa and Master Cards 2%, Amex 3%.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
