    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 135 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
