Equipped with all facilities to ensure your vacation in Orlando is as happy and memorable as possible. With FREE wireless high speed Internet, TVs, DVD, VCR, CD player, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, and dining room, we love our vacation home, and know you will too. There is a large, seasonally heated communal swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, tennis court, and picnic and BBQ area. There is no extra charge for the pool heating!

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
