Welcome to our Luxury home on a great golf course location, only 20 minutes to Disney. A 2 storey house, fully air conditioned with open plan living areas, tastefully furnished and features 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, great for large families or for smaller parties that like a lot of space. We have many upgraded features like a games room with pool and air hockey table, cable TV in all bedrooms, DVD player and PlayStation for the kids.
Our pool faces South West so you can soak up the sun all day on our large sundeck and relax in our padded sun loungers or sit under our covered porch.

    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Our home is located on Southern Dunes Golf Course and takes only a few minutes to walk to the Clubhouse and course.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Outside of the community gates is a 24 hour Walmart, Wynn-Dixie, gas station, and a bank. There are also a number of fast food outlets, restaurants, and stores like Blockbuster video.
    • The nearest beach is approximately a 2 hour drive away.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
