Entry into the home is center of the house with a custom made patio in complementary color, and 2 lights across the front of the house. This home is across from Legacy Park in Davenport Florida.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union
    Security deposit will be refunded after inspection reveal nothing is broken, damaged or missing.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 35 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
