    Payment Details

    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    A deposit of $250.00 is required to book the unit and is applied to the rental. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Also $1.50 per day resort fee. $35.00 damage waiver which covers the vistor up to $150.00 non-intentional,non-structural reported damages. Cancellation Policy: 14 days or less prior to arrival-full forfeiture of rent and deposit 15 to 60 days- $150.00 cancellation fee. 61 to 90 days-$75.00 cancellation fee. 91 days or more full refund less $25.00 processing fee.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
