The villa has been carefully designed to appeal to those who desire elegance and comfort while on holiday. Only the finest of furnishings and accessories were used to leave you with a feeling that you are experiencing the best that Disneyworld area has to offer. Right down to the gourmet cookware in the kitchen nothing was overlooked. Designer linens on the beds and big fluffy towels make you feel right at home. The game room is outfitted with a pool, foosball and air hockey tables. A great place to enjoy yourselves after a long day at the theme parks!

The deck is partly covered and does have an extended area. The rest of the pool is screened in. The House was built in 2005.

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 50.

Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
