    Payment Details
    If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
    A booking will only be considered firm when the non-refundable reservation deposit of $180 has been received and we have confirmed the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the date you arrive at the apartment. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking. There will be a $30.00 processing fee for each change of reservation. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for each payment returned for insufficient funds. After reservation is booked in full, we will send a Rental Agreement, Reservation Confirmation and Registration Form. These documents need to be signed and return to us within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if these documents are not received and your reservation will be subject to our cancellation penalties.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Crib $60.00 - High Chair $20.00.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 23 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
