    Detached villa is next to a nature reserve and stream to the rear of property. The pool area receives the sunshine throughout the day but there is a covered porch, which provides shade from the sun when required. The entire pool and patio area is fully screened to keep the bugs at bay.

    The villa is brand new (2007) and is located in Magic Landings gated community. The villa completion was in November 2006 so be the first to enjoy!! Situated on a large plot and at the end of a cul-de-sac backing onto the woodlands. All bedrooms have satellite TVs. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. A separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The villa has a 48' HD LCD Television, DVD, cable, telephone with FREE local calls and a games room. A large Lanai area with heated swimming pool and spa with funky LED lighting making a special effect at night, just what's needed after a hectic day at the Disney parks.

    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
