Special Conditions
The pool is cleaned and chemically balanced every week for your safety and comfort; however on rare occasions it may be necessary to apply extra chemicals to the pool to maintain safe and correct chemical levels. If this occurs during your stay it will be necessary for you to be out of the pool for a period of 12-24 hours for safety reasons.

    This is a luxurious vacation home. The neighborhood is a vibrantly colorful streetscape of homes. The back of the house is secluded as there are no neighbors backing onto the property. Those who worship the sun will absolutely love the south facing private pool and spa. It provides a therapeutic escape while enjoying the abundance of natural flora and fauna.     Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $150 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $110.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $21 per day and/or 150 per week. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
