    You will notice that Florida rental villas and Disney vacation homes are equipped with a private, heated swimming pool. Our swimming pool is professionaly maintained and cleaned. Whether you come to Florida for work or play, being able to relax and enjoy all the conveniences of home is a key ingredient in your Florida vacation experience.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    Pay Pal Users pay a convenience fee of 3.62% (minimum $2.). The fee is used For transactions or Pay Pal and is not used to defray administrative costs.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $30 per day and/or $195 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
