Situated just 6 miles east of Disney World and close to all major attractions in the area including Universal Studios, Sea World, and shopping malls. Supermarkets, restaurants and golf are all less than 1 mile away, along Highway US 192. Wal-Mart, Super Target and Publix are all very close by as well. Large community pool, playground, and tennis court.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $65.00 daily.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
