This location is probably one of the closest to Disney World’s’ main gate and within walking distance to shopping and the many great restaurants situated on US 192.The large master suite with private bathroom has its own access on the screened-in deck and heated pool area. The pool area has along with the rest of the home has been furnished to an excellent standard along with gas BBQ grill. It doesn’t end there this fantastic home is complete with its own computer station and games room with ping-pong table, football table and weight machine.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $40 weekly fee if not already at the house..
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 a day..
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $22 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
