Shared Swimming pool ready for spring 2004 - Washing machine is in a shared laundry room, no dryer available. BBQ both in the kitchen (unique feature!) and in the shared courtyard. Plenty of books in English. Possible to arrange for meals in a typical trattoria nearby.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Unit is ideal base-point for daily excursions to some of Italy's finest ski resorts: 45minutes to Madesimo, a bit more to Aprica, Bormio, Santa Caterina Valfurva, Valmalenco, Livigno - or a nice drive to Switzerland's world famous St.Moritz (1.5 hours)
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). 2 minute walk to stores, restaurants, pizzeria, fitness center, hairdresser, beauty salon, bakery, bar, newspapers and tobacco shop, winery, post office, bank. 5 minute walk to supermarkets, beach, bike and canoe rental, windsurfing schools.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 50 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15Euro/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
