Cooking is included, but we have a Chef's Kitchen; wonderful seafood and organic fruits and vegetables are available should owners wish to enjoy cooking...and the view from the kitchen is amazing.

Based on the couple’s travels to over 50 countries, and incorporating an elegant yet minimalistic design approach we call Tropical Elegance, the house was designed for a luxurious vacation and for understated entertainment. With the open air living room as its focal point along with its adjacent wrap-around infinity pool, the most difficult decision is to actually leave to enjoy our surroundings.
• Palmar Sur Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. You can fly from San Jose International Airport to either Quepos or Palmar Sur, where we will pick you up. Alternatively, you can hire a private van or rental car for the four hour scenic drive through lush forest.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). 5 minutes drive to the beach or local town of Dominical, a quiet, laid back beach town.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Hacienda Baru Wildlife Refuge 10 minutes drive. Marina Ballena National Par, 10 minutes drive. Corcovado National Park, called by National Geographic "the most biodiverse place on the planet" is about a half day excursion auto/boat combo.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
