Truly spectacular ocean views; Cano island in the distance, rainforest and beautiful gardens with gentle streams and waterfalls all around. Howler monkeys often pay a visit to the trees right alongside of the villa.
With 3000+ square feet of living space on two levels, and private chlorine-free lap pool, this villa offers large wrap-around covered terraces, queen-size Swiss orthopedic beds in each room (can be separated to singles). Designed for six people, but comfortably accommodating eight, the villa may be rented together with our neighboring villa to host up to 14 guests. We are ideally situated... you may just want to relax on our large panoramic ocean-view balconies, swim in our 48 foot lap swimming pools, and enjoy our lush tropical landscaping. You may also want to take advantage of the many varied attractions in our area.
Owner Direct Unit #74717 is about 75 feet away, on the same property; the two are on different levels and have a stream and lush vegetation in between so there is great privacy, yet only a 1 minute walk apart. The two villas together are perfect for a larger party (up to 14 guests.)

- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Dominical is a small coastal village (population approximately 600). People are easy-going, and the relaxed atmosphere is contagious! There are various cozy bars and a surprising variety of casual restaurants and "sodas" (local food). Later in the night, some of these restaurants change into small-scale discoteques, where "Ticos" (native Cosa Ricans) and vacationers dance to Latin music. In the past few years, a number of wonderful restaurants have opened in our area, including Thai, Italian, Continental, Indonesian, Mexican and French... all in beautiful tropical settings. Shops in the area include a gift store, clothes boutique, small grocery store, fruit stands, and a bakery. Dominical and many beautiful, secluded beaches are just a quick drive "down the mountain" from Villa Mango and Casa Amigos.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union Cancellations received more than 60 days in advance of scheduled arrival date - refund of deposit less 20% of total rental: 10% cancellation fee and 10% held as a credit toward another reservation. Cancellations received 21-60 days in advance -- 20% of total rental retained as cancellation fee and balance held as credit toward another reservation. 7-20 days in advance -- 50% of total rental cancellation fee and balance held as credit toward another reservation. Less than 7 days in advance – 75% of total rental cancellation fee and balance held as credit toward another reservation.

- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided every 2 days during a stay.
