Expansive ocean and rain forest views; beautiful gardens with gentle streams and waterfalls all around. Howler monkeys, toucans and sloths often visit the trees right alongside of the villa.
With 2000+ square feet of living space on two levels, and private chlorine-free lap pool, this villa offers large covered terraces, queen-size Swiss orthopedic beds in each room (can be separated to singles.) Designed for six people, the villa may be rented together with our neighboring villa to host up to 14 guests. We are ideally situated... you may just want to relax on our large panoramic ocean-view balconies, swim in our 42 foot lap swimming pool, and enjoy our lush tropical landscaping, gardens and streams. You may also want to take advantage of the many varied attractions in our area.
- Quepos Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Most guests rent a vehicle at the International Airport in San Jose, Costa Rica and drive to our property. We will be happy to provide directions.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Dominical is a small coastal village (population approximately 600). People are easy-going, and the relaxed atmosphere is contagious! There are various cozy bars and a surprising variety of casual restaurants and "sodas" (local food). Later in the night, some of these restaurants change into small-scale discotheques, where "Ticos" (native Costa Ricans) and vacationers dance to Latin music. In the past few years, a number of wonderful restaurants have opened in our area, including Thai, Italian, Continental, Indonesian, Mexican and French... all in beautiful tropical settings. Shops in the area include a gift store, clothes boutique, small grocery store, fruit stands, and a bakery. Dominical and many beautiful, secluded beaches are just a quick drive "down the mountain" from the Villas.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union Cancellation policy: Cancellations received more than 60 days in advance of scheduled arrival date -- refund of deposit less 20% of total rental: 10% cancellation fee and 10% held as a credit toward another reservation. Cancellations received 21-60 days in advance -- 20% of total rental retained as cancellation fee and balance held as credit toward another reservation. 7-20 days in advance -- 50% of total rental cancellation fee and balance held as credit toward another reservation. Less than 7 days in advance – 75% of total rental cancellation fee and balance held as credit toward another reservation.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided every 2 days during a stay.
