Conveniently located 800 feet above the village of Uvita, this private villa is nestled in a secluded jungle setting. There are ocean views across the entire west side of the house including one of the bedrooms to allow for a view from bed. The 2 large bedrooms have dehumidified closets, private baths and are separated by a spacious living room. Uvita is the main entrance to Ballena National Park and many tour operators are there to bring you snorkeling, deep sea fishing, kayaking, and hiking at Corcovado Park. Uvita's whale's tail divides the endless beaches into high surf or calm water.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
