A nicely appointed villa that has all the comforts of home. The villa is located on the central pacific coast with an awesome ocean view from the pool deck or the top deck on the 2nd villa. The pool deck and covered porch extends over the jungle that brings the wildlife to you. We have a groundskeeper and maid service on the premise. There is an outdoor BBQ and kitchen area, dining area, covered deck to get away from the sun and a game room with a pool table.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
