The apartment has cathedral ceilings, a deep shaded balcony with granite topped dining table, full kitchen, high speed Internet, TV and DVD. Walk to the town center along the white sand beach in five minutes, or cross the road to El Choco national park. Golfing, snorkeling, canyoning, and fine dining in romantic settings are all available nearby.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of available on request.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
