The brand new (2007) appliances comprise a 29” flatscreen TV, large frost free fridge, gas stove, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle, A hair dryer and steam iron with board are also available. A mini-bar is provided for our guest's enjoyment.

It has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower stall.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card
    10% Discount on consecutive stays of 6 - 11 nights. 15% Discount on consecutive stays of 12 nights or more.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
