The vacation rental units are in a gated, private and secured location. Second floor walk-up, roof top terrace. Located right across the street from the beach. Dorado is on the north side of the island facing the Atlantic Ocean.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: none.
• Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40 Daily, $60 Weekly. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 14 days may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
