Unit is newly (2006) decorated and furnished with top of the line appliances. Each unit features a balcony and rooftop terrace with pergola, patio set, bar set and BBQ grill. Great place to dine with views of the great sunset. There is a high efficiency Fuji mini split air conditioner in the main living, dining and kitchen area and ceiling fan. Each bedroom has its own high efficiency in wall GE a/c. The unit has two TVs, DVD player, stereo, DIRECTV and DMAX DSL Internet service. We are right across the street from the beach and have an outside shower.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 0.00.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 14 days may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
