    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
