Smoking is allowed inside and outside.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 12:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Security or Damage Deposit

An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. An accidental damage waiver is required for a fee of $59.00 which covers up to $1500 in damages.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Payment Methods

Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat during a stay.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

A fee is charged for Property Heating Fee of 7.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)
