Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 30 days (or more) prior to arrival 25 percent of all payments are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Payment Balance:
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) In addition to 50% of the rent required at booking, a security deposit of 50% of the rent is also required at booking. Security deposit will be returned in full within two weeks of leaving the unit in the same condition it was found. The balance of rent is due upon arrival.
