• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. Apartment is situated 200m from famous Banje beach. There is a rock bathing area on the south (sea) entrance of the city walls and few beaches on island Lokrum, 10 min by local boat. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby, Row Boat, Water Trampoline and Windsurfer.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
