The 600 years old house is completely renovated in Dubrovnik style and is one of the best possible locations within the city walls. Apartments are just a footstep far from restaurants, galleries, historical monuments (city walls), and numerous cafés and bars. Internet cafe and grocery shop are only 50 meters from the apartments.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach surface is small pebbles. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby and Row Boat.

Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
