1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2). This studio is appropriate for 2 adults and 1 or 2 small children on the blow up mattress. Down pillows and high thread count linens are provided for the king. Nothing is provided for the blow up mattress. Guests should bring sleeping bags for their children. The air mattress is AC power operated.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
