Quiet cul de sac in a rustic suburban setting.

This free standing cottage has 2 separate bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. We have a kitchen which is well stocked. Located about 3 km from the local beach Ansteys, shark nets make it safe for bathing. A paddling pool for babies and another for toddlers. Life Guards are on duty all year round. Slightly further down the road is Brighton Beach where there is a paddling pool for small children with slides. There is also a tidal pool (a man made pool in the sea).

• Durban International Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. We are 10 minutes from Durban International Airport. 500 meters from the closest bus stop to go into Durban Central if you do not have a car.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. Bluff National Park is 3 km away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). We are within walking distance to one of the several shopping centres with a wide variety of stores to choose from.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Located about 3 km from the local beach Ansteys. Ansteys has recently been awarded with the coveted international ‘ blue flag ‘ status. This is truly a great achievement. During July if you are lucky you can witness the “sardine run” and the dolphins swim by quite regularly.
• Nearby Attractions: We are close to the local Spar and the centre contains a Steak House, Tops Bottle Store, Curry Bar, Men’s Barber, Cell Phone Shop, Internet Café, Chinese Takeaway, Ladies Hairdresser, Gold Circle for those racing fans all about 0.5 km away. The new Bluff Meat Supply, and a Laundromat is slightly further down the road. We are also 500 meters from the closest bus stop to go into Durban Central if you do not have a car. We are about 3 km from the local beach Ansteys, which has a paddling pool for babies and another for toddlers, while the beach is not far for Dad. Life Guards are on duty particularly in the peak holiday season. Ansteys has recently been awarded with the coveted international ‘ blue flag ‘ status. This is truly a great achievement. Slightly further down the road is Brighton Beach where there is a paddling pool for those children who are not brave enough to face the surf. There is also a tidal pool, the waves come crashing over which is fun at High tide for those brave enough. Life Guards are on duty for those who wish to use a surf board or swim in the sea. We are 10 minutes from Durban International Airport and 20 minutes from Durban Centre and The Suncoast Casino, and U Shaka Marine World.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Once booking has been confirmed and deposit paid, on line transfer must be made 15 days before arrival. We do not have a credit card machine. With today's internet banking the balance must be settled 1 week before arrival and proof of the internet transfer faxed to 027 865129373.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 70.00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
