All amenities associated with the Social/Sports membership are available for the renters at a transfer fee of 200USdollars. Golf may be arranged during May thru Oct with approval of the Golf Club. Winter season Golf is available in many nearby public or semi-private courses. This condo has been completely updated with tile floors, new carpeting in the bedroom, new faucets, new lighting, and new major appliances. The Eagle Creek Community has a new clubhouse, great tennis facilities and an outstanding central fitness complex with a jr olympic size pool, spa, state of the art fitness center, aerobics room, pool side Crystal Lake Cafe, and many other resort style amenities. Very safe for walking or biking in the gated and 24 hr guarded community of 450 homes. This condo has a lake view from the kitchen and it has an enclosed lanai with sliding mylar panels, and is an end unit with large tropical areas surrounding.
