This lovely 3 bedroom villa has been fully refurbished in October 2012 to a very high standard. The villa is an ideal base for visiting all the nearby theme parks along with all the other many attractions in the area. It is fully air conditioned and has a Master Bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom, plus queen and twin bedrooms with shared family bath/shower room. It can sleep a maximum of 6 guests. The comfortable lounge area has a sectional leather sofa set and 39" Flat screen TV. There are patio doors leading to the pool area.

The south facing screened pool has Florida screening, a patio table with umbrella, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. There is a partial view of the nearby lake where fishing is permitted.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all that is needed to cater for yourselves or alternatively there is a wide range of restaurants close at hand should you wish to dine out.

The villa has Internet access should you wish to bring a laptop to keep in touch.

The villa is on the quiet development of Eagle Pointe. This is just off the main 192 along Poinciana Boulevard, 5 mins from Old Town and Medieval Times.
