Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room is furnished with rustic log furniture including a 4 poster bed, 6 drawer dresser and blanket box. It has a 32" television with satellite connection.

Bedroom

1 Double Lower Futon Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This is a great room for the kids, including a television with VCR and some children's movies, as well as a large walk in closet with a chest of drawers.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and one basin.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 0.00 will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
