Unit has a fully equipped kitchen including linnens, dishes, pots & pans and cuttlery. Dishwashing soap, cloths and towels provided. Paper towels, coffee filters, napkins and garbage bags are also provided.

View

When you look out of the front window you will see a lush green forest across the street. In the back is a huge field with a pond and more trees as well as a beautiful log home in the distance. Deer and moose use the yard as a thorough fare and feeding ground. There are frogs and crickets in the pond that sing to you as you fall asleep at night and if you go seraching you can find turtles in the pond too. This is a great place to sit back and relax after a day of activities on the lake, it's quiet and peacefull.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
