New Executive Private Cottage on Lake

4 season cottage built in 2008 on its own site overlooking Eagle Lake with lake frontage, dock and launch ramp. The house was designed for private family vacations and takes full advantage of the lake and its fabulous scenery. It is accessed directly by a public road which is open all year round. The cottage has vast public areas (kitchen, dining and great rooms) which create a relaxing feeling and open onto a large deck overlooking the lake, with patio furniture and a barbecue. There is a basement boat room, which can also be used as a garage and storage area. The cottage has its own well.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
